Order Confirmation

  • Once an order is placed and payment is successfully received, customers will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours.

    • Container type and specifications

    • Delivery address

    • Estimated delivery timeframe

Order Verification

  • To prevent fraud and ensure delivery accuracy, we may contact customers to verify:

    • Billing and shipping details

    • Site accessibility for delivery

  • Orders may be placed on hold until verification is completed.

Processing Time

  • Standard processing time is 3-7 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing time does not include transit or delivery scheduling time.


Order Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the container has not yet been dispatched or assigned for delivery.

  • To request cancellation, customers must contact us in writing via email or our support form.

Cancellation Fees

  • Before dispatch: Full refund minus any non-refundable payment processing fees.

  • After dispatch or scheduling:

    • Cancellation may not be possible, or

    • A restocking and logistics fee may apply (typically 10–25% of the order value, depending on transportation costs already incurred).

Seller-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Inventory unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Inability to deliver to the specified location

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver within the continental United States unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery availability depends on:

    • Site access

    • Local regulations

    • Equipment requirements (tilt-bed, crane, or forklift access)

Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery time is 10-24 business days after order processing, depending on location and container availability.

  • Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring clear and legal access for delivery vehicles

  • Obtaining any required permits or permissions

  • Providing accurate delivery instructions

Failed delivery attempts due to site inaccessibility may result in additional fees.

Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the container is delivered and placed at the agreed location.


Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of shipping containers:

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Buyer’s remorse

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect site measurements

Returns may be considered only if:

  • The container delivered is significantly different from what was ordered, or

  • The container has undisclosed structural defects that materially affect usability.

Return Approval

  • All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide:

    • Photos or video evidence

    • Order number and description of the issue

Returns without written approval will not be accepted.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Approved order cancellations

  • Approved returns

  • Non-delivery caused by seller error

Refund Method & Timing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • The container shows cosmetic wear consistent with used inventory and disclosed in the listing

  • Delivery or logistics fees are non-recoverable
