To prevent fraud and ensure delivery accuracy, we may contact customers to verify:

Site accessibility for delivery
Orders may be placed on hold until verification is completed.
Processing Time
Standard processing time is 3-7 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time does not include transit or delivery scheduling time.
Order Cancellation Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the container has not yet been dispatched or assigned for delivery.
To request cancellation, customers must contact us in writing via email or our support form.
Cancellation Fees
Before dispatch: Full refund minus any non-refundable payment processing fees.
After dispatch or scheduling:
Cancellation may not be possible, or
A restocking and logistics fee may apply (typically 10–25% of the order value, depending on transportation costs already incurred).
Seller-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
Inventory unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Inability to deliver to the specified location
In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.

Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of shipping containers:
Returns are not accepted for:
Buyer’s remorse
Change of mind
Incorrect site measurements
Returns may be considered only if:
The container delivered is significantly different from what was ordered, or
The container has undisclosed structural defects that materially affect usability.
Return Approval
All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide:
Photos or video evidence
Order number and description of the issue
Returns without written approval will not be accepted.
